Pay based on performance/Friday and Saturdays off. Major holidays off or compensated with a addition personal day off. Vacation time after your 90 review. Controlled inside enviroment. Equipment provided for work. Approachable management from the warehouse to the front office. Start times based on volume. Workplace safety and drug tolerance programs in place for efficency and safety.
Cons
Long hours/sometimes 12-14 depending on volume of orders-holiday calendar. Pay was effected by outside forces beyond your control/ sometimes taken with out discussion. Some favortism, but usually fair. Sometimes your would receive the (we are looking into that responce) other than a common sense approach. Repetitive selection.
