Outstanding sales training for onboarding

Cons

Extreme amounts of travel expected, an average of 1,000 miles per week. Forced in person customer visits vs not allowing team meetings. An average of 150 emails per day that you could complete as you were in the car traveling

Pros

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
