Pros
Leadership wants people to have opportunities for advancement. Pay is fair and to my knowledge the organization is ethical (ex. We genuinely try to help our customers succeed).
Cons
Constant change makes work chaotic, and the company is so large that it’s difficult to figure out the right people to work with to solve problems. Also, the ‘culture’ everyone is so proud of is a bit excessive and often wastes time in meetings.
