      Write your own schedule for your work week.

      Cons

      Typically most of the managers micromanage and have no desire in your development. They just want production until you’re burnt out. Then they replace you and do it again.

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
