      Pros

      I enjoy working for US Foods. I have been with other companies in the industry, but this one has by far the best technology for its employees as well as its customers.

      Cons

      The company uses a team based selling approach. This works for most people. But sometimes I find myself trying to find time to do the ancillary parts of my job because I am busy working with other team members. It works, you just need to figure out the balance.

      Pros

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
