      Pros

      Benefits/Culture are nice and plentiful. Focuses on safety and measurable goals. Seem to be understanding of the necessity of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some growing pains in terms of figuring out how to support the communities their ERGs represent. (i.e. accommodating those with disabilities, experiences lived by people of color, respecting gender identities) Executive leadership rotates frequently. Opportunities for growth for remote associates are very limited.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
