      Pros

      US Foods is great to work for in that they do treat their employees well and provide great benefits. Great hrs and schedules.

      Cons

      Downside is the money. Small increment increases and no spiffs or bonuses for people in my department. Always pushing people to work towards going to a different department or field which is great but not if you are happy where you are and you great at what you do.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
