      Great daily, nonstop workouts Very competitive pay for this type of business Decent equipment (when available)

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent Schedules don't come out until a few hours before shifts Terrible Management and Leadership Metric Focused (inc items out of your control) Reactive vs Proactive Agreements are not upheld Moral amongst drivers is at an all time low over the last few years

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
