Pros
Four day work week. Pay is decent but the work is hard. Fair benefit package but starting to change a lot of things.
Cons
Management doesn't seem to care if you have the tools to do your job. Company has become very cheap. pThey expect a lot and keep cutting benefits. Company just froze there pension plan but have a small increase to there 401K. High out of pocket Medical and deductibles.
