      The pay was good but not worth it!

      Cons

      When someone leaves they will pawn their job onto you and not pay you more nor hire anyone to take on that job! They overwork their employees and don’t care about them! Management doesn’t even know the ins and outs of the jobs they are overseeing. They have a high turnover rate! They do not hire within! So if you’re looking for hopes to climb the ladder that’s a no go!! They only hire out for management jobs!

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
