      Union Job great pay nice benefits Reggie good boss.

      Cons

      Dispatcher is complete idiot moody and sick all the time.your constantly digging for products you think blind person loaded the truck.idiot calls you around 6 evening for your next day load Dispatch from midnight to five am on call also its not a place you can retire from body will give out before you retire and there know company worth killing yourself for union job like working at daycare center they cry and complain about everything worst job I ever had

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
