Pros
Terrific peer group, the take home pay is pretty good after all the incentive pays, the hours can be long but relatively flexible.
Cons
Work life balance, time away from home can be challenging, potentially have to move cities every two to three years, pay scale plateaus but stress and responsibilities scale rapidly, hierarchical beaurocracy stifles change, lots of wasted effort on meaningless requirements.
