Cons
Where do I start. Unfair pay for the amount of hours put into this job, with absolutely no pay off, unpredictability in terms of schedule ( it’s different literally every day ) poor choice for service members with families. No feeling of value in workplace, workplace injuries, TBI and insomnia. I could go on
