      There are many leadership opportunites and you get to "travel" a lot. The enlisted working for you are absolutely amazing and awesome to serve. The leadership above is where the problems lie.

      Cons

      A lot of backstabbing, seniors more concerned about how they look instead of how effective they are. Schedule is too demanding.
