Pros
Most employees take a significant amount of pride in the organization. You will move a lot and see various parts of the world.
Cons
Harsh work environments, both physically and mentally. Very difficult to acheieve any semblance of a work/life balance. Senior management is attempting to address these issues, but the core problems stem from the organizations culture.
