You get paid monthly (provided No government shutdowns) Medical/Dental coverage for yourself and Dependents, always room to advanced but may need to switch rates (jobs) if you want faster advancements. Leadership Can help you Level up. Take advantage of all opportunities available while in. Let no one tell you No you can’t, take it up the chain.

Cons

Family is on back burner. You get hurt you need to recover quickly. Mental Health issues along with Sexual harassment’s “More Than Likely” no matter orientation. Leadership don’t step on toes. Keep a Copy of EVERYTHING, everything! Medial issues frowned upon but remember They won’t be there for you once your out and most Veterans are struggling with Medical issue due to No Documentation..
