I have had good experiences with the management and he so far. Provides benefits and really cares about employees. Bruce the CEO is very funny, and very informative and passionate. The HR is hilarious and makes you feel right at home. The plant manager takes the time to know ALL of the employees. It really feels like a family. The negative reviews are from people who don’t care about the company or their jobs and are just there for a paycheck.
Cons
There are some prejudice people and cliques but that is everywhere. Also worry about layoffs and job security when things like Boeing strikes happen, or winter or it being an election year but I also trust the management and HR to find solutions. The drama cliques can hold departments back on productivity and seem to be areas where productivity is always behind.
