Grossly underpaid for the amount of work expected of you and for what you have to deal with. - Anonymous employee US Tool Group Employee Review

Pros

Onsite cafe, climate controlled, relatively clean, close to home, good health insurance.

Cons

Management will bend over backwards to cover for their friends and family. Specifications change and employees are not told and then get in trouble or written up for not knowing. No communication. If you work in a support department all errors are on you even though several others have touched it after you, very chauvinistic company. They pay their men much better than their women. Favoritism runs rampant throughout the company. Management is always right even when proven wrong. When multiple employees complain about the same issues with the same supervisor nothing is done. Your previous work experience is irrelevant if you didn't do it at this company. Even though you're told the more jobs you learn the more you will be paid, learning a job outside of your department will not earn you any money. Vindictive management. Training is horrible, you're basically just thrown into your job and expected to know how to do it.
