There is a tremendous opportunity for growth at US Tool Group. The company has grown tremendously over the last 10 years and continues to grow. US Tool has a real "family" feel, even though it's no longer a small company. The employees truly care about each other and the management of US Tool treat the employees with dignity, loyalty and respect. Great insurance benefits and 401k!

Cons

Most areas are leanly staffed so many areas work a lot of overtime.
