Starting with Bruce, Brent, Tony and Steve Stroup they truly care about people and their families and lives outside work. The opportunities for realizing and achieving your potential through the philosophy, training classes and coaching guidance from Tony and Jamie and the HR Team are the best in the country. They are! It is the perfect place to work and have a great life. Thanks to Brent, Steve and Tony for all you do. Annete is really smart and nice too and helping with treating people well and motivating us
Cons
We have a few higher ups who aren't so good. We have a couple new managers in the buyer department that are good guys but they really don't know what they are doing and never actually fix our problems and the top guy in accounting seems kinda mean actually. We have a few old timer managers in the plant that aren't too good either but our new guy Denny is going to be so much better and I hope make them be better.
