      Pros

      Great non-management employees. The business itself is doing well.

      Cons

      High turnover. Multiple HR complaints to the same managers over 5 years, yet nothing happens. Office politics everywhere. Emphasis on keeping the business running over employee morale and autonomy. Poor management with toxic management styles and the inability to see people for their strengths and weaknesses. Rather, they push their own personal work philosophies and methodologies onto you. Regarding senior management, as long as you're still getting work done, they could care less about the toxic environment you are in.

      Pros

      To say the least, they provide jobs for people.

      Cons

      Every person we have worked with at this company has been rude and untrustworthy. They are slumlords just trying to make quick grant money. There is no passion or respect in their work ethic. It's painfully obvious, to a third party, that the company culture is terrible. Every employee seems to be miserable and just passes that on to each interaction with the vendors they contract with. There are people at my company who refuse to work with this company for a reason.
