Pros

Nice building with a spacious parking lot. Good life-work balance. The onsite full-service gym is very clean, and the staff are very knowledgeable. However, I did not come to work to work out, so this is hardly a pro for a workplace. Co-workers are friendly. I am glad to have made good friends here.

Cons

The pace here is extremely slow. A lot of people working here have been here 10 plus years. It is not an ideal place for young and talented people who want to build a career. You will most likely not be able to learn any hard/technical/analytical skills. And there are two main reasons why: 1. the tools/software analytics folks use here are extremely backwards and obsolete, at least 5 years behind the industry. And data platform is still under construction. 2. There are not enough people to learn from. It is true people are nice and you can be friends with. But if you are looking for learning hard technical skills, look elsewhere. Another thing is mindset. I constantly felt people are settling for mediocre work. There are a lot of talks on transforming the company into a digital and data driven business. But it would be very hard uphill battle to fight existing backward thinking and bad practices within the company.

Pros

Career growth through working with a team that is about success - clients and your own!

Cons

No water-cooler chats because of being remote, but this isn't really a con.

Pros

A company that I believe genuinely cares about its employees as much as their clients. Great work/life balance, decent pay, great culture, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Cons

Trying to "fix" too many things at one time can lead to inconsistency and feelings of being overwhelmed at all levels. There is a lot of great intent and plans to continue to grow the company and make things better overall, however, sometimes it felt a lot like "pulling at straws" approach where upper leadership would try something impulsively, and not stick to it long enough to see if it could truly make an impact, and many times certain approaches contradicted a previous one for a different area of opportunity. However, it's important to note, that through many moving parts, there was always support offered, and a "safe space" to provide feedback at even entry level roles.
