Pros

They’re currently aren’t any pros.

Cons

Where to start? A “transition” back in July complete dismantled the pre and post sales organizations here. Tons of jobs we’re eliminated and even buyouts were offered. As a result, roles were combined on the post sales side and regionalized. The Detroit office has ZERO culture and collaboration because employees work remotely reporting to mangers in different states. There was 1 week of training to learn a crap ton of new procedures and processes and then you are just turned over to your new book of business. The reps/clients I support are all in different states, which sucks because you don’t get to have that personal connection through meeting or having 1:1’s. The pay is crap for the work but I am non exempt so at least I do make OT. The sales teams hate it too because they are forced to do more both in pre and post sale than ever before, but they still need to maintain their BOB, prospect and reach ridiculous sales goals. There are chronically fires to put out, no more commission bonuses and zero support when you request additional/ on going training. My life consists of putting out fires, reacting to client’s constant complaints that traffic is down and, scrambling to find out why and doing tons of monthly performance reports. Everyone told the higher ups that this wouldn’t work, but they proceeded anyway and later came in trying to damage control. People are dropping like flit’s (don’t believe me, look on LinkedIn). I would NOT apply here or accept an offer!!!

Pros

Career growth through working with a team that is about success - clients and your own!

Cons

No water-cooler chats because of being remote, but this isn't really a con.

Pros

A company that I believe genuinely cares about its employees as much as their clients. Great work/life balance, decent pay, great culture, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Cons

Trying to "fix" too many things at one time can lead to inconsistency and feelings of being overwhelmed at all levels. There is a lot of great intent and plans to continue to grow the company and make things better overall, however, sometimes it felt a lot like "pulling at straws" approach where upper leadership would try something impulsively, and not stick to it long enough to see if it could truly make an impact, and many times certain approaches contradicted a previous one for a different area of opportunity. However, it's important to note, that through many moving parts, there was always support offered, and a "safe space" to provide feedback at even entry level roles.
