Expectations are high, pay is VERY low w/no room for advancement & poor treatment of employees. Feels like highschool. They will ask you to do more & more w/out compensation & it runs more like an ad labor camp than a professional company. Catty & unprofessional employees & management is lacking in the dept & people love to point fingers. Claims a "team environment" & "open door policy" but everyone is very secretive & walking on eggshells. Turn over is HIGH. They will fire you for nothing. Training is very rushed & the system is difficult to navigate, causing many unnecessary issues. Beware of Brit & Chris, they are leads & very sneaky people that will lie right to your face and smile, not to mention all the behind door whispers. Corrupt leadership.
