Pros

There are people at this company who care. The training is strong, the mission sounds meaningful, and I honestly believed I had found a place where integrity was more than a slogan. Day-to-day, I tried to give my best and thought I was doing things the right way.

Cons

What happened at the end of my employment felt shocking and unfair. I came forward and shared that I had accepted another job that did not compete with the company in any way. I did that out of respect, thinking transparency mattered. Instead of letting me work my full two-week notice, I was suddenly told I had to be separated immediately for “conflict of interest.” That explanation didn’t align with the actual role I accepted, and when I asked for clarification, I was met with silence or the repeated phrase “at-will.” It was confusing, stressful, and honestly felt like my situation wasn’t handled with the same values the company asks employees to uphold. A few things I was told I would receive were later reversed without any real explanation. It left me feeling dismissed and misled during a time I was trying to do everything by the book.
