There are certain goals and criteria you are expected to meet, on top of taking hundreds of calls and complying with dozens of technical and compliance aspects on every single call. It is near impossible to just stay afloat. Management is all over your case when you are struggling, and constantly suspicious when you are doing well. Working there is like being in prison.
