Pros

The company offers competitive PTO, and an on site fitness center. They are member-centric (customers) education assistance

Cons

Some downfalls include but are not limited to: Nepotism, compensation, high attrition. Employees are not mentioned in the company's mission statement. Call volumes are very high within the phone capacities, and compensation is not commensurate to level of work done. Efficiency is discouraged, the enforcement of sales quotas are very high and commission is not paid. The employee Gallup survey, which is intended to be anonymous, is anything but, where individuals are targeted for giving candid feedback, and managers encourage circumventing (unethical business practices) systems to fluff the results. Furthermore, managers have specific agendas and do not promote individuals who they feel may be more qualified for fear of being overtaken, and are threatened by upcoming new professionals with more to offer. Its the classic ideology of keeping people down to maintain one's own job security
