Easy job with no real stress. Work life balance is top notch because you take no work home, but when you return the silliness continues. Solid people who seem to care, but unfortunately can't make a difference.
Cons
Mediocracy is the name of the game. Too many leaders with no leadership. Investment area has no strategy. I would continue looking if you are considering entering into the investment management space. This company needs an overhaul. CEO and company mission statement are second to none, but it does not make up for it in the long run. You are just a number, just like being a member. You are one of millions with no opinion that counts. I you want to make this one work, then my suggestion is to toe the line, keep your mouth shut and do as little as you can get away with. If you follow this, you will have a long ho-hum career. Great place for someone looking for this. Not good for creative freethinking self confident types.
