Pros

Congrats—you’ve won the lottery and for all intents and purposes don’t need to work anymore. You’re paid well for what little you actually do, and on top of that, the bar is incredibly low. (Just look busy…easy to do here where quantity of output is valued.) Granted, you’ll lose that creative spirit (it’s ok we're working on a process to fix that), lose any sense of design fundamentals (it’s ok we’re working on a process to fix that), and lose that drive to meet deadlines (it’s ok we’re working on a process to fix that). But oh well, what does it matter? You’ll soon join the ranks of so many others—management and otherwise—who fight hard to maintain the status quo so that they are able to start their day late, leave work early, and collect that bonus money. Long live mediocrity!

Cons

No downsides, really. I was at first confused by the nonsensical language that’s thrown around all day, but once I learned to string random design and business jargon together with authority, I feel part of the in-crowd.

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
