Pros
Really not sure of any other than location and free gym. If you are in the under 26 millennial crowd, or a gay/bi/lesbian or TS/TG then this is the career for you. They will cater to your every need. Blue hair, pink hair, rainbow hair you will have promotions galore.
Cons
Overwork, underpay just to give you a bonus that’s dwindling year after year. Even with the bonus, salary is still less than comparable positions in the area. Management promotes who they want, no reason or experience needed. Processes are horrible. Push life insurance way tok much
