If you don’t follow their rules, you won’t last long. Everything about Usaa is ancient. It is a male dominated company that puts a few minorities in positions of “power” only to hide the reality of what is really going on. When I began to challenge the way things were done, practices that were incorrect, I was told that I was in no place of authority or education to do so, even though I was hired to do so.
