Pros
Nice desk and office environment along w/ plenty of cafeteria options. Annual end of year salary bonus which really is there way of saying we don't give monthly bonuses so cheaper for USAA to do this. There is the ability to be transferred into other divisions after a year if you can make it that long.
Cons
Phoenix, AZ office: Scripted talk off's to customers and if you don't follow this script you're dinged. No matter how upset the customer is on the call make sure you follow the script!! The customers have caught on to this because we ask the same questions over and over again.
