Pros

Great pay scales in several parts of the company.

Cons

USAA epitomizes that saying, "People leave managers, not companies." But executive management have their heads in the sand and can't see (or don't want to) that their policies and directives get killed by managers and directors. So employees have to put up with incompetent and unqualified mid-managers that keep getting rewarded...meanwhile their lives are miserable. CEO is concerned that employees are frightened to speak out. WELL YES! They are afraid. The "speak up" systems in place are a joke because people know it's a rigged system. And it appears that NO ONE cares about the results of the big employee survey that's given once a year. In 2018, not a peep was mentioned about the results. Why? Because they were awful?
