Pros
Great people, core values, excellent benefits, on-site amenities, exemplary top leadership, noble mission. I was able to move around and work in a few different jobs fairly easily.
Cons
Top dowm, very top-down, extremely top-down. Doesn't matter what you did before, only matters what you do at USAA. Poor leadership in some departments like insurance and investments. USAA was at risk of some severe core value violations in order to achieve sales goals and metrics.
