Pros

I worked at the San Antonio office and the amenities offered there are amazing: company-matched IRA contributions, two annual bonuses, a nice amount of paid time off, and more.

Cons

The company culture is forced upon you and can be suffocating at times. In the entry-level position I worked they also fostered a fear that your position is not secure. Instead of a focus on improvement, the attitude becomes one of fear compared to the possible intended goal of growth within your role at the company.

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
