Pros

Good benefits, end of year bonus and nice location in Phoenix.

Cons

Working as a claims adjuster in a call center environment is difficult when you're forced to answer calls nonstop and expected to take statements for claims belonging to your 250 other teammates and work their claims thoroughly plus take new inbound losses and assign them to yourself plus work your newly assigned claims and diary for the day! You are heavily micromanaged, expected to upsell financial products and be logged onto your phone taking calls all day for other adjusters plus try to do your own work. Get used to managers tapping into your live calls weekly, telling you to get logged back into your phone and being an Operator instead of an adjuster.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
