Abysmal and chaotic organization - Director USAA Employee Review

Terrible management they are all brought from other banks with double promotions. All it takes to see that these people had limited responsibilities. They don’t have breadth or depth of experience. They are slashing bonus, reducing 401k, finding ways to get people to leave. This management team is ready to destroy the culture every meeting they adds slide on mission with hollow accomplishments. Turnover is crazy, but not people who have been here for years but those who have been here less than 3-5 years. The one thing that describes this company is chaos.
