Pros

let me work from home during the pandemic, that was pretty dope. their PTO is pretty generous, but you never really know how much time you actually have.

Cons

the training they put you through is an absolute joke, you get out of training knowing next to nothing and yet the managers expect you to be top performers. if you don't meet the numbers they give to you, even though you are still learning new things everyday, they threaten you with probation and will discuss termination with you as well. there are some good managers, but they are few and far between. you are literally left to sink or swim and the managers don't care which way you go. there is absolutely no sense of community at the company. they lure people in by saying you only have to stay on the phones for a year and then you can get out - but this is far from true. people spend literal years, sometimes even decades trying to get out of the call center - and each department may only be marginally better than the one you're looking to leave. there is no room to move up in the company if you come in in an entry level position. do not get lulled into a false sense of security - this company is not what it used to be and will only go downhill from here.

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
