Pros

The only reason to work for this company is if you have not been in the working world for a while.

Cons

Campus is on lock down so once you go in you are stuck for the day. The management and many of the long time employees are favored and if you quesiton things and believe me you will have questions they look at you like you are growing 10 heads. The reason being they don't know the answers. You are expected to be ever customers best friend and when they get mad at you the will scream at you and anyone else that will listen. The customer gets what they want at all costs and you just have to sit there and accept the abuse they hand over by email and phone. No backup from management. It's a big brother, reports are king kind of place. If you land on a report be prepared to be questioned every 30 seconds until the file is off the report. The atmosphere is like a pressure cooker with many couples working there and many afairs happening. You never know who to talk to because you may be hit on or step on someone's toes by just trying to do your job. Promotions are handed out like candy if you can get the numbers game down right with your files. This usually required the assistance of your Sr. who will only help you out if they aren't busy driving a fleet of busses over you for having questions or needing assistance in general.
