Pros

Health and Medical benefits, mandatory work from home during Covid was beneficial.

Cons

NICE/staff tells you when you can take breaks and go to lunch, if you schedule isn't adhered to disciplinary action can result. Its a SALES position despite what the description indicates. You MUST sell new insurance or banking products or refer to every member you contact with or disciplinary action can result. If hired in as a phone worker, you will more than likely stay as a phone worker. These jobs have an extremely high turnover rate, and once you are in these roles it's hard to move an burnout can occur.
