Pros

Benefits and pension, however you will die or have a heart attack or have other conditions like high blood pressure and stress because they continue to overwork you.

Cons

Not a claims adjuster but a customer service representative the amount of stress and the amount of workload you will kill yourself your health is wealth you cannot put a price on your health. Every other day adjusters are leaving USAA and you take over their claims. Management will tell you to work overtime to catch up on your claims. So you will never have time for your family or be able to continue your education because really how ?

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
