Pros
Hybrid opportunities. Beautiful campuses, with multiple cafeterias, with full service Starbucks and company store. Employee recognition programs. Tuition reimbursement and development hours. Education support and training. On-site medical services and gym. Gym reimbursement for those who are fully remote. Various positions are available laterally. PTO can be purchased or sold. Diversity groups are available as well as volunteer programs to support local communities.
Cons
Shift diff reduced to 15%. Call center positions are a one-way street making it difficult to transition to the upper levels. High call volumes make it difficult to take time off. Call after call. The constant changing and rearranging of rules, leadership, and departments. Leadership is disconnected from the frontline. Morale has been down due to high attrition and heavy workloads. Insurance agents and claim adjusters are becoming more customer service/sales than the licensed advisors they once were. Benefits reducing. Removing employee benefits that employees looked forward too. Bonus significantly reduced. Diversity isn't measured making it easily forgotten about or just something to check the box off and say we have it.
