Return to office mandate, including tracking attendance. Lack of remote opportunities. CEO’s salary doubled after a non-profitable year, including layoffs and reduced benefits for employees. No longer a best-in-class employer. Lack of transparency and trust in EMG. Feels like the company is slowly sinking. Removal of opportunities to share their opinions anonymously, and fear of retribution.
