The CEO is tone deaf to the low morale and pleas from employees to lessen demand to return to the office. In the past two years, we have gone from full remote to 2-3 days in the office, to requiring 3 days with punishment as a result for non-compliance, to completely removing remote job requisitions, to now requiring 4 days a week in office for anyone within 60 miles of a USAA campus beginning 1.1.24.
