Used to be a great place to work, but not anyone - Anonymous employee USAA Employee Review

CEO does not care about employees. Taking away hybrid work for half the employees (probably all soon). The do not care about what employees say or think. Lay off teams and then wonder why people are afraid to soak up. It used to have such a great culture and was a coveted place to work. It’s gone completely downhill over the last 2 years. Nearly everyone in my network there is looking to get out - and that’s saying something considering they’re very good at their jobs. And there are no opportunities to change roles internally if your remote. They literally just took them away.
