Pros

Shared mission and team of dedicated professionals who care about each other and our members.

Cons

Hardly any flexibility in where you work. "Hybrid" roles are mandatory 4 days in the office and "remote" employees are mandatory 3 days in the office. If you miss a day for PTO, you have to make up your in-office days. The only exception for remote in office is if you are outside of a 60- yes I said 60-mile commute to the office. The only other remote exceptions are military or military spouse on orders outside the 60mile commutative distance or care for a family member on FMLA outside the 60 miles. Because 99% of all new portions are posted as in-office or hybrid, if you are remote there are virtually no options for you to advance.
