Pros
Colleagues are professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Company is run conservatively and still has some military cultural acumen, as one would expect.
Cons
Hyper-focus on growth, even though a private company. Executive management extremely disconnected from rank-and-file employees, driving many of the cultural challenges. Individual contributors and mid-level management is generally solid though.
