Very unrealistic metrics - Insurance Professional USAA Employee Review

Absolute worst company I have ever worked for. They lost two billion dollars in claims one year and expected their sales representatives to make it up the next year. Utterly impossible. Worked there over three years and the sales metrics got harder and harder to reach. The metrics reached the point where they were impossible to meet. You're supposed to have lots of support which is also not true because it's too busy with back to back phone calls to get any support. They truly want you to sell products to people that don't need them. The pay is also not competitive.
