Pros

They have a good cafeteria and gym.

Cons

Bombarded with DEI training at the expense of regulatory, job skill, and customer service training. Value profits for than customers, pushing for crooked sales practices. If you don't kiss up to executives like AVP Vinny Monaco they send otherwise incompetent directora like Mike Mitchell (worst leader I have ever encountered in my adult life) to engineer a reason to fire you (especially if you are approaching retirement). Openly demand employees back their political causes and target people for using FMLA to care for themselves or loved ones. Offer a dialog program if you feel unjustly dealt with but all for show (HR people luke Susan Rankin just there to cover for the executives like Vinny they socialize with out of office). CEO has no military experience or knowledge and has done his best to purge the company of tenured employees who remember the days we used to actually follow our mission. Unless executives like you don't expect raises or bonuses or promotions.
