Pros

The cafeteria and the people there were very nice and made some delicious meals you can buy.

Cons

I HIGHLY… advise to run away as possible from this company. If you don’t want to deal with being screwed over by managers who don’t care about their employees, constantly being micromanaged every single day when it comes to taking care of members on the phone, getting coached on not meeting the unrealistic metrics every month to what the business is “looking for”, being mistreated by managers who claims to care about their employees but in reality treat you like a number this company is not worth of having a long term career. They will destroy your life in a heartbeat and put you into a mental crisis.

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
